Obligors of official delivery of documents, ie public administration bodies and other bodies and organizations that in the exercise of public authority make decisions that are the basis for registration in the real estate cadastre, submit via e-Counter executive decisions and other acts that represent a suitable legal basis for registration in the real estate cadastre.
