Power grid
Distribution "Krusevac", Razanj branch covers the territory of the Municipality, except for the settlement of Praskovce, which is under the jurisdiction of Elektrodistribucija Aleksinac. There are a total of 3.988 customers (households) and 379 customers in the transfer of customers category.
Consumption of the municipality of Razanj is supplied from the transformer station 35/10 KV, Razanj, power 2X8МВА. For now, one transformer has been installed, but there is a possibility of installing another transformer. Current utilization and load does not exceed 40% so that the current installed capacity meets the needs of customers for a longer period.
The supply of the Municipality, that is the transformer station 35 / 10KV is done through the transmission line Lucina-Razanj, built ten years ago. There is a possibility of backup power supply with the 35KV Pojate-Razanj transmission line, but it is not possible to supply higher loads than the existing one from the direction of Paracin, while an increased load can be covered from the direction of Stalac. This backup power supply provides better operational stability because in case of failures it provides power to customers from another source, with a short interruption.
From the transformer station 35/10 KV, customers are supplied with 710KV from the following outlets: Vitosevac, 14.oktobar, Ciglana, Razanj, Braljina, Bracin and Crni Kao.
The Vitosevac outlet, approximately 17.2 km long, supplies 144 transformer stations in the settlements of Varos, Setka, Pardik, Podgorac, Vitosevac and Grabovo.
The 14th of October outlet is a 50m long cable line and only supplies the 14th of October transformer station.
The 1.8 km long Ciglana outlet has so far been an industrial outlet for the Ciglana transformer station and Stovariste, but with the construction of the Varos 2 transformer station, it is also planned to supply consumer customers from Razanj and Varos.
At the Razanj outlet, which is about 3.3 km long, 9 transformer stations in Razanj are supplied. It is important to note that in the event of a breakdown on the Crni Kao outlet to the Razanj cemetery, customers on this outlet can to power via the Razanj outlet. This variant is also possible in the event of a power at the Razanj outlet.
The 18.7 km long Braljina outlet supplies 11 transformer stations and settlements of Madjere, Macija, Braljina, Cerovo and Maletina and customers of the municipality of Cicevac in Stevanac and Rasinska Braljina. Here, it is important to mention that there is a possibility of backup power supply to customers on this outlet in the event of a breakdown on the section from Razanj to Madjere or Macija by Cicevac, via the Lucina-Macija transmission line.
The Bracin outlet includes transformer stations in the settlements of Novi Bracin, Stari Bracin, Pretrkovac, Smilovac and Skorica, as well as the settlement of Plocnik in the municipality of Cicevac and the settlement of Kitica and the toll ramp in Razanj.
Excerpt Crni Kao, about 16.5 km long, supplies 12 transformer stations and customers of Cubura, Poslon, Sabazevica, Lipovac, Rujiste, Crni Kao, and the OMV gas station.

As the existing capacities perspectively satisfy the existing volume of consumption and estimated increases in ten years, the development plan until 2024 does not envisage the construction of new energy capacities, except for the maintenance of the existing ones.

From the energy point of view for the municipality of Razanj, and especially for the settlement itself, it would be interesting to analyze the use of all the benefits of natural gas for the use of which there are the necessary preconditions.
