Municipality of Razanj

Health care of the population is organized and implemented by the Health Center "Dr Milorad Mihajlovic" in Razanj, which includes a parent facility in Razanj (1898m2), four ambulances (in the settlements of Skorica, Smilovac, Novi Bracin and Braljina) and one health station in Vitosevac. It provides health care for 9.150 inhabitants of the municipality of Razanj, which covers an area of ​​289 km2. As of August 4, 2015, the institution employs 61 workers (56 for an indefinite period and 5 for a definite period of time). 16 doctors are employed, of which 8 are specialists and 8 are general practitioners, of which 4 are specialists. The Dr. Milorad Mihajlović Health Center in Razanj has been approved four specializations, one in radiology, two in pediatrics and one in general medicine. In that way, the long-term sustainability of our health institution has been ensured.

Health Center "Dr Milorad Mihajlovic" Razanj implements investment and other activities on the basis of the Strategic Plan of the Health Center 2013-2018 and the Annual Operational Plans.

Organizational structure

Within the activities of the Health Center, the following organizational units - services have been organized:

• General medicine service,
• Women's and Children's Health Care Service,
• Service for laboratory, radiological and ultrasound diagnostics and specialist-consultative examinations,
• Dental Health Care Service and
• Service for legal, economic-financial, technical and other similar affairs.

The general medicine service includes the activities of adult health care in the main Health Center in Razanj, in the Health Station in Vitosevac and in the Ambulances: in Skorica, Smilovac, Novi Bracin and Braljina.

The following are formed within the general medicine service:

• Emergency Department and
• Department for home visits and field visits of patients.

The following services are formed in the service for health protection of women and children:

• Department of Women's Health Protection,
• Department of Child Health.

In the service for laboratory, radiological and ultrasound diagnostics and specialist-consultative examinations are formed:

• Laboratory department,
• Department of Radiology and Ultrasound Diagnostics,
• Department of Internal Medicine Examinations and
• Department of Pneumophthisiological Examinations.

The following are educated in the dental health care service:

• Department of Preventive and Pediatric Dentistry and
• Department of General Dentistry

In the service for legal, economic-financial, technical and similar affairs The following are educated:

• Department for Legal and Financial-Economic Affairs,
• Department of ambulance transport and
• Hygiene cleaning and maintenance department.

The change of the organizational structure, that is the new Organizational Scheme is conditioned by the provisions of the Rulebook on the internal organization of health care institutions (Health activity at the primary level, Articles 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8).

Prior to the adoption of the new Rulebook on the organization and systematization of work (November 2012), the Health Center was organized as follows: general medicine service, children's health care service, women's health care service, dental health care service, patronage service, laboratory diagnostics, radiological diagnostics service, internal medicine service, pneumophthisiological service and service for economic, financial, legal, etc. jobs.

Health center '' Dr Milorad Mihajlovic '' Razanj accredited health institution - Certificate of accreditation number A-89-09 / 2013 from November 2013 - November 2016 which improves prevention, successfully diagnoses, treats and cures diseases with continuous improvement of the quality of health services , the health of users and their satisfaction. By the end of the accreditation period, full application of accreditation standards and procedures is expected.
